  • CAVI Inscriptions: Ext.: Εργοτ..., ...ς εποιεσεν..., ...εν hο N[εαρχο].
  • CAVI Comments: The inscription is here given from ABV after Pollak (1893), 250-51 (mention). In JHS Beazley notes that the Pacini cup, according to Pollak, incorporates frs. of two cups, one with a Tleson signature, the other with the Ergoteles signature. This is not mentioned in ABV, nor is there an entry for the Tleson portion. Perhaps Pollak was misled by the occurrence of Nearchos in the fragmentary signatures. I have not made an entry for a Tleson signature, but I would suggest (after JHS): A: Εργοτ[ελε]ς εποιεσεν [hο Nεαρχο]. B (or another vase): [hο δεινα εποιεσ]εν hο N[εαρχο].
