CAVI Inscriptions: Int.: in front of the figure: καλος. A: high up: between the first and second
pairs: καλος, retr. Between the two central figures: καλ[ος]. Between the two
figures at right: [κα]λο[ς]. B: high up: three times καλος. Once καλο. Under the
foot, Gr.{2}.
CAVI Footnotes: {1} Ferrari compares the Circle of the Nikosthenes Painter. {2} there is a
very small dr. of it under the profile dr., which seems to show: Attic lambda
and an improbable pi, retr. Not in Johnston (1979).
CAVI Comments: The inscriptions from Ferrari's text, except for the retr. inscription on A,
which is horizontal, starting from the back of the head of the third figure.
