ROUGH SOFFIT PAINTED AT FRONT WITH WHITE SLIP & LARGE 3-STEP MEANDER IN WHITE/RED/WHITE/BLACKWHITE/RED/WH BETWEEN WIDE BLACK BANDS WITH PERPENDICULAR BARS FROM FRONT & BACK. TOP SURFACE SLIPPED BUFF.
