  • Remarks: Full-figure antefix of Persian Artemis/Potnia theron. Fragment preserves central torso. Finished side edges. Red chiton, mantle on sides. Below chiton smooth, double curved surface, below 3 rows of feathers. Below, at center, more of red chiton with central pleat and folds to sides. Strut scar.

Mantle on sides: white with purple wide band, (W 2.1) 5R 3/3 and white edge, zigzag folds. Below chiton, smooth double-curved surface painted gold 10YR 7/6. Below, 3 rows of feathers: top turquoise, central gold with red inner edge, bottom green with black inner edge 5G 5/1. Back: white slip.
