Guilloche alternating wide central band black and red; at center whirligig with 4 alternating black and red crescents. Roll: diagonal bands. On relief, upper small palmette leaves outlined in black with alternating red and black central vertical bands. Fan-shaped leaves alternating red and black interior with black edges. Pendent palmette cordon black, center of leaves painted alternately black and red. Volute eyes black.
