CAVI Subject: A: Death of Actaeon: Artemis; winged Hecate; Actaeon
fighting the dogs; behind him, a tree; at right, youth with
pilos and another figure.
CAVI Inscriptions: A: to right of Artemis' forehead: inscription of 7 letters,
almost certainly [b] Αρτεμις[/b]. Above Hekate's head: inscription
(Hekate?). Above Actaeon's head: four letters show (but it
ought to be Aktaion).
CAVI Comments: Done from a reprint which does not specify the conference.
The photo. is much too small to read the inscriptions.
