letters. Around the dog: 7 letters (perhaps 4, plus 3 around the right margin).
CAVI Footnotes: {1} Brummer says the vase recalls the Rycroft Painter, but it is not in
Beazley. {2} perhaps Ariadne or a maenad? (Brummer).
