Remarks: Preserves part of upright plaque of crested ridge tile. On one face, 2 parallel incised vertical lines, 6.6 cm. from 2nd single incised line, filled with red-brown paint. On opposite face, no incisions, but traces of white-on-red paint. Along bottom, where detached from ridge tile, incised line as if plaque were formed from 2 halves. From excavations around the Temple of Castor & Pollux, but probably originally belonging to Regia III
