  • Remarks: Fragment of columen plaque. Larger scale figures. 5 joining fragments preserving bottom of tunic folds on inner thigh of advanced left leg to right, wearing thigh guard and greave. W thigh guard 8.2, with upper raised edge and painted double volutes. There was a 2nd figure kneeling in front to right, with knee and greave in front of other greave. Greave has raised top edge, knee knob with 2 recurving ridges surrounded with brown lines and with central white line. Plaque preserved at back of greave, painted black. Th plaque 2.1, D top of figure 8.7, W 1.1. Leg (W 6, D 4.5) was hollow all the way down.
