Eye with almond shape, incised line above, then raised brow. 7 raised ridges of mane locks descending from central mane, broken away. Front lock falls in front of ear. Very lumpy inside. Left side has scar ca. 5.5-6 W where detached from some flat surface. Hippocamp?
