Remarks: Small antefix plaque with Gorgoneion with 2 rows of snail curls across forehead and 2 waved strands of hair at either side of beard, flanked by volutes. Below beard, chiton top. Across bottom, tall recessed base with painted meander. Fairly crisp mould. Black on round moulding, volute eye, hair, alternating strands of beard, alternating vertical bands on chiton top, top line of meander. Red-brown on volute bands, alternate beard strands, chiton top & alternating vertical stripes on chiton, box with star & alternating meander band
