CAVI Subject: Int.: jumper: young athlete with halteres; at left, clothes on a stool or
chair; to right of his head, sponge and aryballos hung up high; further to
right, a fluted pillar. Ext.: plain.
CAVI Inscriptions: Int.: starting above the bundle of clothes, along the margin: Δορις
εγραφσε̣ν̣ [: Χαι^ρ]εστ^ρατος καλος{1}.
CAVI Footnotes: {1} there may be a trace of the rho after the break; B.-O. in cat. however
shows Χαιρ]... .The string of the aryballos probably interrupts the inscription
in the missing portion; the top of the column certainly does.
