CAVI Footnotes: (1)the last letter is in the break.
CAVI Comments: Mocking an epoiesen signature. Small letters. For the mock
inscription Gropengiesser refers to Beazley, JHS 52 (1932)
194f. and to Berkeley 8/358. Cf. Script 282-284. Fellmann
in CV, Germany 56, Munich 10, compares Heidelberg S 35 to
Munich 9422 (which has a different animal on the lip and
long nonsense inscriptions with repeated ιυπ and ιυν)
saying that the former has a bull on the lip and
inscription with ιυπ pattern. He asks: is coincidence
excluded? [I rather think it is.]
