  • Remarks: Antefix Type V with painted palmette. Flat, handmade antefix plaque, painted red, projecting top and sides beyond cover tile which has 3 raised ribs across width just behind plaque. Th plaque 2. Cover tile H 10.4, W 13.3 front; back RH inner 7.5, outer 9, MPD 42.3, + plaque 44.6. Plaque & tile front painted red D 15.5 from plaque front. Possible white overpainting. Underside of cover tile and plaque back smooth and pitted with cut, beveled bottom edge, H ca. 2.
