HORIZONTAL PLAQUE AT TOP WITH 3 NAIL HOLES (DIAM 0.7); RED FRONT EDGE IN FRONT OF CREAM. AT BACK OF LOWER TORUS RECTANGULAR OPENING (H 4.3, W 6.5). ON BOTTOM BACK EDGE CREAM BAND (W 2.1)/ RED BAND (W 2)/SCALE (2.9, + EDGE 3.8). TORUSES HOLLOW WITH WALL BETWEEN BACK AND FRONT HOLES.
