  • Remarks: Left side of figural revetment plaque with part of 3 concave tongues and riders to left. Impossible to tell if side edges were trimmed after firing. Forelegs of near horse in relief, forelegs of far horse painted only. Tails of horses in front behind forelegs. Center of shield has whirligig. Fragment of horse head tops may not belong, has painted white manes. Head of far rider preserved. Near rider was leaning back, equals edge of white tunic and sleeve preserved near shield edge. Diam shield 8.7. H horse 18.3. L torso 17.8. H lower roll 0.9, D 2.6 red. Soffit painted with diagonal double bands in red/white.
