  • Remarks: Large hollow base with semicylindrical curve to longitudinal underside (RH 41, RD 77), smaller curved openings at bottom of side walls for insertion of cover tiles from slope, and small round holes in side walls (2/side, Diam 7) near top of curve, for transporting. Side walls curve inwards towards top. Wide flat fascia around outer top edge (81.5 x 57), inside which is rectangular depression with projecting resting surfaces rising from curved floor; on inner side of fascia, painted letters NE Below fascia on outer edge, wedge-shaped supports, 4/long side. Outer surfaces cream with painted decorations in black-brown: double spirals above diving dolphins on long sides. Base would sit over semicylindrical ridge tiles
