hydria standing on the ground.
CAVI Inscriptions: Beside the girl's head: καλ(ε). Below this word: hε πα(ι)(ς). I.e.: καλε hε
παις.
CAVI Comments: Fountain scene: the girl is about to lift the hydria, which must be full as
she is moving away from the fountain. [A servant?] Iota irregular; sigma a
diagonal line.
