Description: ATTEONE TURNS TO THE LEFT, AND DEFENDS HIMSELF WITH AN INSTRUMENT AGAINST THE DOG, WHILST IN HIS LEFT HAND HE HOLDS A HUNTING JAVELIN. NEXT TO HIM IS A DRIED OUT TREE, AND THE IMAGE OF DIANA (BRINGER OF LIGHT).
