CAVI Inscriptions: Nonsense: A: behind the lower body of the discus thrower: νχεδι. To left of
the flautist's back: νχεοιδορ. Above his head: (ν)δευδο. To left of the jumper's
chest: (ν)δεδ, retr. B: along the back of the discus thrower: ν(δ)ερεδι. Above
the jumper: (ν)χε(σ)υ{1}. Around the jumper's head and arm: (ν)χεροδ. Above the
flautist's head: (ν)δεδ, retr. To right of his middle: ιχεροι. Under the foot,
Gr.: ΠΣ with pi having equal verticals, and a three-stroke sigma. Not in
Johnston (1979).
