CAVI Footnotes: {1} but Beazley's dr. gives the first omicron as extant. {2} so B.-O.; ARV[2]'s readings are less complete: Int.: [hο] πα[ι]ς κ[α]λο[ς]. A: [hο π]αις κα[λος]. The signature and the kalos-name are not mentioned in ARV[2].
