  • Remarks: Left corner of probable revetment plaque similar to Ch. Wikander Type II B, with raised side edge & recessed flange to left (MPW 5.8. Th 1.5). Plaque (Th 2.5) has wedge-shaped raised side edge (W 2.3, Th 3.8), painted with 4 vertical white stripes on red ground in white-on-red style, continuing along top edge of plaque. Plaque face red, flange unpainted. Back has horizontal striations, unfinished. Th horizontal part at top 2.3, thinning behind flange to 1.7
