  • CAVI Footnotes: {1} Kunisch' sketch shows: alpha and a circle with a vertical line close to its right edge and three dots. The photo only shows a clear phi of shape 3 in the chart in AttScr and a vertical line at the break. My restoration. For the composition (Aphrodite last) see Kunisch 128 with nn. 599 and 600, and Beazley, `Makron', 88f.
