Small boxes across top of plaque with central dots. On soffit 3 rows of squares (W 2, D 6) drawn in white on red ground, 1st row alternating white/red, 2nd row alternating red/black, 3rd row alternating white/red. Solid red ground behind. On right edge of vertical plaque opening for spout (H 6.6) and scar of spout including possible ear.
