  • Remarks: Fragment of right half of palmette finial & endmost petal of palmette to right, from top of openwork pattern, in low relief with petals outlined in cream with alternating red & black centers. Top edge echoes line of petal tips, & has 2 holes for meniskoi (Diam 0.6). Below palmette, narrow curving flat band (W 1), with finished, openwork bottom edge, painted black. Linking palmettes, wider curving flat band with finished lower edge, painted black. Back flat and lightly slipped cream.
