CAVI Subject: Int.: fragmentary: boy preparing a couch. A: Heracles and the Centaurs. B:
harnessing the chariot for Athena and Heracles.
CAVI Inscriptions: On the upper edge of the reserved foot profile: Πανφ̣αιος εποι{[}εσεν{1}.
CAVI Footnotes: {1} The phi could be the normal circular phi, a dotted circle, or a simple
circle. For the extra sign in the verb, see Hesp.: it is spaced normally and
resembles the upper part of a three-stroke sigma: {[} is a small and high [: I
think it is an attempt at sigma: εποι{σ}εσεν? Packard and Clement dot the phi
and the first omicron.
CAVI Comments: = A 5933.50.21. Ex Tarporley, Brooks. The rendering of the inscription in JHS
differs from that in CVA.
