IT WAS BOUGHT BY NEWTON & CO., BUT THEY CLOSED THE FACTORY.THE MOUNT, INSIDE, IS SQUARE WITH ROUNDED CORNERS - POSSIBLY A SIGN OF EARLY DATE (LATE 19TH - EARLY 20TH CENT.) CF. 1807, 1808.
