CAVI Subject: A: Dionysus with satyrs and maenads. B: similar.
CAVI Inscriptions: A and B: six and eight imitation inscriptions, mostly retr., all vertically
down, mostly beginning with ΠΟ and deteriorating rapidly. Many are written near
the heads, but others between the legs: there are 14 inscriptions for 10
persons. The second from the left is the clearest: πο(ν)(λ)ο(σ)υ. Under the
