W central arc 3.9. W rounded band 0.6. Outer tongues painted alternating white with double red outlining stripes/red with white interior stripe (hand-painted). Moulding painted with alternating wide red W 1.3 and narrower white bands W 1.1 with 2 red vertical stripes. Background of palmettes painted cream, 9 leaves leaved painted solid red/white outlined in red/red. Arc painted red, heart painted with outer red band, white band, red center. Cream border along base of palmette, H 0.9.
