CAVI Footnotes: {1} so Bothmer, speculatively after the Sarpedon krater in New York. But the
`alpha' is clearly visible in the photo on pp. 189; 205) and looks more like a
gamma, unless the cross stroke is very high and horizontal (which would be
unusual).
