The Heroon at Trysa

The heroon is rectangular in plan, and is enclosed by walls 3m high. Two tiers of reliefs ran round the top of the interior of the walls; the outer side of the south wall was also decorated with reliefs, as was the gate. These sculptures were taken to Vienna at the end of the 19th century.
