  • CAVI Subject: A: Heracles and Eurystheus: in the center, Heracles with the boar and Eurystheus in the pithos; at left, Athena and Hermes; at right, Iolaus. B: symposium in the open: Dionysus with a kantharos; Ariadne(?); satyrs cavorting in vines (i.e. vineyard).
  • CAVI Inscriptions: A: to right of the back of Eurystheus' head: Ευρυσθευς. To right of the the boar's rear end, i.e., above Heracles' head, curving over Iolaus' head: hερακλεος. To right of Iolaus' middle, facing him: Ιολεος. Under the foot, Gr.: αθτι, with cartwheel theta{1}.
