- CAVI Footnotes: {1} Ευφιλετο[ς εποιεσε]ν, vulgo. Ευφιλετο[ς εγραφσε]ν, rather than
[ανεθεκε]ν?, Beazley. See Beazley (1931–2): C. Robert, RE, s.v., suggested the
kalos may have been a painter in his youth, but Beazley thinks the chronological
gap is too great. He also says that epoiesen is as good as egrafsen or
anetheken, but in ABV he mentions only egrafsen and epoiesen.
