  • CAVI Inscriptions: Int.: Αθενοδοτ[ος] and on the ground line, in BG: κα[λος]. A: to right of Hephaestus' helmet, curving down at end: hεφαιστος. Curved around the top of the giant's head: [Ε]υρυα[λος]. Αρες, retr. B: above giant: Φ[ορ]φυριο[ν].
  • CAVI Comments: Hartwig attributed the cup to Euphronios, followed by Smith but not by Furtwängler; Williams followed Beazley's attribution.
