  • Remarks: Top of plaque with recurved tops of concave tongues, alternately gray/white/red/blue/gray, above projecting flat fascia (D 5.3), recessed frieze with painted central star flanked by half-circles (white center, with outer gray band W 2.-3.5, Diam 14). Back of plaque top curved behind concave tongues, reflecting their front profile. Incised guidelines for star with compass-drawn circles. No nail holes. Found in fill of cistern to SE of habitation area, filled by 500 B.C., giving terminus ante quem
