• The statue:
  • is a version of Harmodios from the group known as the Tyrannicides or Tyrant-slayers made by Kritios and Nesiotes and set up near the Athens Agora in 477/6 BC.
  • is thought to have been found in the Villa of Hadrian at Tivoli.
  • is now in Naples, Museo Archeologico Nazionale.
