gives correctly: [hο πα]ις καλ^ο[ς]. Hence not a kalos-name. The top of the
man's head intervenes. CB: [---]ς κ^αλο[ς]. The man's head intervenes. But
Beazley did not see the upper part of a vertical before the sigma: my reading is
correct.
