CAVI Lemma: BF lip cup with unusual foot. From Vulci. Unattributed. Ca. 550.
CAVI Subject: Int.: two horsemen and a hound. A-B: plain; the lip reserved.
CAVI Inscriptions: Handle zone: A: υσευσ(ε)υσευσευσ. B: similar, but the letters smaller and
less clear{1}.
CAVI Footnotes: {1} The Beazley Archive has a new picture, small but good. From my reading I
guess it is a picture of B: υσευσϝυυ(σ)ε(.)σε(.)(.).
CAVI Comments: The foot is unusual, but seems to belong (JHS 52, 199). One epsilon lacks the
third horizontal.@@[[Diameter: 193.]]
CAVI Number: 4318
