Publication Record: Hannestad, L., The Castellani Fragments in the Villa Giulia, Athenian black-figure, Volume 1 (Aarhus, 1989): 80, NO.104 (A) Immerwahr, H., A Corpus of Attic Vase Inscriptions, Preliminary Edition (1998): 7263
CAVI Footnotes: {1} my reading from the photo. Hannestad reads: εποιεσεν, but I did not see
the last three letters.
CAVI Comments: Is the museum number correct? 102,100? Not in Beazley? Small and hasty
letters, some strokes thicker than others. Hannestad prefers Sokles to Xenokles
because of the absence of punctuation, but the writing does not much resemble
either.
