CAVI Lemma: RF column krater. From Numana. Agrigento Painter (Earlier Mannerist). Second
quarter fifth.
CAVI Subject: A and B: symposium.
CAVI Inscriptions: Under the foot, Grr.: ΤΙ : ΙΙΙ : σκαφιδες. To left, some way off: siglum of Τ
and half circle to left plus ΙΙΙ. Beazley in AJA: σκαφιδες is new. The rest is
mysterious: τι must be for τι[μη] [parallels are given; see also Johnston
(1979), 168-69]. Is the price in the second Gr. τρι[ωβολον] with [[τρι]]
ligature or [ωβολιαιοι] rather than τριδραχμοι (for which see Hackl (1909), no.
578)? Very doubtful.
CAVI Number: 0157

4 (σκαφιδες) and 169/26 F 11 (τι for τιμη); the siglum not mentioned.
