CAVI Inscriptions: To his right, in two lines, the first upward, the second further out:
hερμοκρα^τες{1}. | (ε)γραφσεν(2), both retr.
CAVI Footnotes: {1} the flutes interfere. Before the heta Graef–Langlotz gives a V-shaped
letter; a stroke may be visible in the photo. {2} the epsilon smeared.
CAVI Comments: Second line `above' first (order 2 / 1): see AttScr (1990), 26, 37-38 and 65.
Graef–Langlotz also says that the painter seems to have made a correction, for
