- Remarks: Hollow, circular element with flat fascia (H 2.6), above flat torus (H 4.3)/ fillet (H .7)/tall cavetto (H 6.7), with slanted back edge at top. Thin top edge (D .9) painted purple-brown. Top fascia has painted meander with alternating black & red segments, with black band on recess above torus. Torus: 2 1/2 horizontal rows of elongated scale pattern alternating red & black. On projecting ledge of cavetto, black (& red). Cavetto has plastic convex tongues with black outline band, alternating black/red central vertical bands
