  • Remarks: Corner sima with raking sima with torus along bottom, lateral sima with low vertical plaque, angled flat fascia with squared top border, both with painted decoration. Torus hollowed at back, made from slab of clay curved into torus (Th wall 2.1), missing element above. Lateral sima, H 5.8, flat fascia with painted tongues (H 3.6, W 1.5-1.8) alternately red-brown and white outlined in black, over thin black horizontal stripe (H 0.4) above white stripe (H 0.9). Small, circular hole (Diam 1.8-2) in lateral sima wall at corner on eaves side just behind raking sima, instead of waterspout. Top of tile painted red-brown. Soffit painted white-on-red, with 3-leaf palmette at corner, outlined in black (L central leave 8). 2nd small fragment of same type.
