CAVI Subject: Palmette; centaur regardant with branch; head of Heracles.
CAVI Inscriptions: By H.'s head: [hερα]κλ[ες].
CAVI Comments: Two frs., not certainly from the same cup. - I have not identified the frs.
in ARV[2]: 89/24 is Acr. 164, Graef–Langlotz (1925–33), ii, pl. 6 (Heracles,
chariot); 90/25 is Acr. 91 + 153, Graef–Langlotz (1925–33), ii, pl. 4 (palmette
and centaur). Perhaps Beazley's JHS article is in error. Or unpublished?
CAVI Number: 1212
AVI Bibliography: Beazley (1913a), 354/48.
