Elfriede Knauer Archive inventory now online
CARC has now put online a full inventory of the archive of Dr Elfriede R. (Kezia) Knauer (1926-2010), a scholar whose extraordinary breath and depth of interests encompassed the Silk Road and Gandhara. Thanks to the generosity of Professor George Knauer and the Penn Museum, the Classical Art Research Centre received Dr Knauer's papers in 2012. The inventory is downloadable from the main CARC webpages, and the archive itself is available for consultation at our study-room in Oxford.
