CAVI Comments: = U III 400. - Langlotz, p. 77, gives: Ασϙονια χαιρε, but corrects it on p. 173 into: ...ΙΔΧΑΙΡΕ. The index (p. 167) has both readings! But there are no other letters visible. Pape lists a Beoeotian name Ασκωνδας. Hence perhaps: Ασϙονια (voc.), χαιρε. Or Ασϙονιδ[α], χαιρε. See Kretschmer, who also compares the Boeotian name Ασκωνδας. [[Diameter: 237.]]
